Czech grid-connected inverter manufacturers

The solar inverter or inverter converts direct current into alternating current, thanks to which the energy from the photovoltaic system can only be used. We offer classic or hybrid (mains and battery) inverters with different performance and characteristics.

There is a long list of solar energy equipment manufacturers and suppliers in Czech Republic. This makes it possible for the country to have a high share of the renewable energy market in Europe and worldwide. In fact, some of the biggest manufacturers and producers of solar panels and technology are serving the Czech market.

In Czech Republic, in particular, the solar industry is experiencing a massive growth period. There are more households and businesses that have installed solar roof panels. Czech Republic held a 19% share in renewable energy for electricity generation. They are expected to increase the share to 22% by 2030.

There are mainly three types of solar inverters — string inverters, micro-inverters, and power optimizers. All these inverters have a different system. However, they have the same function, which is collecting DC power from batteries and convert into AC, though with different levels of efficiency.

String inverters are standard centralized inverters. Usually, a majority of small solar systems use string inverters or “centralized” inverters. In a solar PV system that comes with a string inverter, all the solar panels are connected together into “strings.”

In the 2021 Solar Conference, Industry and Trade Minister Karel Havlicek reveals that the future is bright for the solar energy market in Czech Republic. The country plans to move away from coal as its main power source and they are looking at renewable sources as a viable option for replacement.
